In Cannes for three nights during the Festival, Mina moves through the city the way she moves through a song — fluid, restless, and impossible to pin down. By day and deep into the night, she slips between glittering queer clubs, hotel rooms, lovers’ arms and whispered gossip sessions with her girls. Onstage, she embodies the iconic 1970s Italian singer Mina, but the performance is less imitation than revelation. As the spotlight fades and the Riviera lights take over, the lines between Mina the performer, Mina the lover and Mina the woman herself blur into one seductive, searching presence.
