The hospital is a socially closed world, and the hospital director Davaa has established special rules and surrounded himself with people who can keep their mouths shut. However, the new young doctor does not like him. However, a criminal suspect sent by the police to determine his mental state arrives at the hospital. Although the suspect is temporarily in shock, the director makes him think that he is seriously ill and leaves him in the hospital and puts him in the care of the young doctor.
